By confirming a booking or purchasing a professional skincare product, you accept these terms in full.
At BDJ Skin + Body, we reserve specific resources and highly qualified clinical staff for each client. To maintain this premium level of service, all clinical bookings require a safe holding deposit. Cancellations or changes to scheduled times must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior. Failure to notify the Carlisle WA clinic within this window will result in the forfeiture of your clinical holding deposit.
Every clinical skin, IPL, or RF treatment starts with an in-depth medical consultation led by our nursing team. All treatment outcomes are subject to individual physical chemistry, existing clinical concerns, and adherence to recommended home care rituals. BDJ reserve the right to decline treatment if a particular procedure poses medical risks or contraindications.
For convenience, Afterpay is available in clinic for all skincare treatments and professional home care products. These services are third-party financial products and are subject entirely to Afterpay’s separate credit check and service agreement frameworks.
skincare products sold in clinic or on our site are medical-grade clinical formulations. To prevent active inflammation or unexpected reactions, we highly recommend completing a complimentary bathroom/cabinet consultation with a BDJ aesthetician before adding advanced products to your cart.
